C4One: Our Story

Our non-profit organization is a catalyst that intercedes, equips, inspires, and unites local leaders to transform our communities for Jesus Christ. We’re excited to share more about our mission and vision with you as we work together here in Kosciusko and the surrounding counties.

What Does C4One Mean?

C4One is more than just the name of our organization. The C stands for Catalyst, the 4 refers to our four pillars, and One represents the One, namely Jesus Christ.

Each pillar represents a way that we interact with our communities and one another to build relationships on the foundation of living life on mission.

Intercede

To intercede means to go to God in prayer for our fellow leaders and community members. We are all uniquely positioned by God to be a beacon of faith and light in our workplaces and communities.

Equip

This is a huge part of our mission! We focus on the development and hosting of Biblically-based leadership programming and resources. This is how most people in our communities know us, as many attend our event: The Global Leadership Summit each year.

Digital technology allows us to come together in our community and learn from incredible global leadership faculty members hosted live from Willow Creek Church.

Inspire

Our local community leaders need discipleship, encouragement, and connection so they can continue to be inspired. We host monthly events where both men and women can connect and be uplifted.

Women In The Workplace

This gathering of professional women meets each month to learn from inspiring women in business. They discuss opportunities to unite in community and grow in leadership while also finding work/life balance.

Men Following Christ

Similar to Women In The Workplace, this group meets monthly at Alpha Dining Hall on Grace College’s campus. Men of all ages are welcome as they meet to grow together in their walk with Christ, as well as be inspired by special speakers and shared testimonies.

Unite

Our vision is to transform our community beyond individual churches. We are all united as children of God and believe unity between all of our local church congregations is key to living life on mission for our larger Kosciusko and surrounding county communities.
