Pillar Two: Equip

At C4One we have four pillars that inform our strategy and community outreach programming. These pillars are what guide everything we do, so we want to take the time to explain each one’s importance to you.

What Does It Mean To Equip?

This month we’re focusing on the Pillar of Equipping. We believe that equipping God’s people for His work involves developing and hosting biblically-based leadership programs and resources.

Ephesians 4:11-13

So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors, and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.

The Global Leadership Summit

This annual event takes place at Willow Creek Church and is broadcasted to satellite locations around the world.

C4One is proud to host one of the satellite locations in Warsaw as a two-day event bringing together global leadership faculty.

Men Following Christ

This group meets monthly at Grace College to help local men be inspired by speakers and testimonies as they connect with one another. The goal is to lift one another up and equip ourselves to live life on mission in our communities.

Women In The Workplace

This monthly gathering of women provides opportunities to women of all ages and in every career category for connection. These gatherings feature a “lunch n’ learn” event that includes a meal, speakers, panels, and networking opportunities for women to encourage one another.
