The Global Leadership Summit (GLS) is an annual event hosted live from Willow Creek Church outside of Chicago and is broadcast to satellite locations across the globe, including Warsaw, IN. 

This 2-day event brings together top-notch global leadership faculty, and C4One hosts the satellite location in Warsaw to bring this content to our city, community, and county.

The theme of this year’s GLS event is “To Lead Where You Are”. That doesn’t mean being a CEO, manager, or certain high-ranking title, but it means you recognize your unique purpose and your desire to impact your surrounding community.

Dallas Jenkins

Creator, Director and Co-Writer of The Chosen

At the age of 25, Dallas Jenkins produced the independent feature Hometown Legend, which was distributed by Warner Brothers. In the 20 years since, he has directed and produced over a dozen feature and short films for Universal, Lionsgate, Pureflix, Hallmark Channel, and Amazon.

He is now writing, directing, and producing the largest crowd-funded media project of all time, a multi-season series about the life of Jesus entitled The Chosen. A global phenomenon, The Chosen is the largest fan-supported entertainment project of all time and has garnered over 500-million-episode views worldwide. 

It’s available on major streaming services like Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Peacock while all seasons remain free in The Chosen mobile and TV apps. It has also been translated into more than 50 languages and Christmas with The Chosen: The Messengers debuted at No. 1 in the U.S. box office in 2021.

Dr. Henry Cloud

Clinical Psychologist; Leadership Consultant; Best-Selling Author

Dr. Henry Cloud is an acclaimed leadership expert, clinical psychologist, and New York Times best-selling author. His 46 books, including the iconic Boundaries, have sold over 20 million copies worldwide. 

He has an extensive executive coaching background and experience as a leadership consultant, devoting the majority of his time to working with CEOs, leadership teams, and executives to improve performance, leadership skills, and culture. 

His latest book, Trust: Learn When to Give It, When to Withhold It, How to Earn It, and How to Fix It When It Gets Broken, is an Amazon Best Seller.

Anita Elberse

Professor, Harvard Business School; Best-Selling Author

Anita Elberse is the Lincoln Filene Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School. An award-winning teacher and scholar, Professor Elberse develops and teaches an MBA course covering the “Businesses of Entertainment, Media, and Sports”, which ranks among the most sought-after courses in the School’s curriculum, and chairs a short executive education program, also named “The Business of Entertainment, Media, and Sports”. 

In her research, Professor Elberse primarily aims to understand what drives the success of products in the entertainment, media, sports, and other creative industries, and how firms can effectively manage products and talent in such sectors. 

She is acclaimed for her work on digital-media strategies. Professor Elberse has conducted case studies on dozens of entertainment companies and personalities, including The Walt Disney Studios, Live Nation, NBCUniversal, the NFL, Nike, and Spotify. Several of these are described in her first book, Blockbusters: Hit-making, Risk-taking, and the Big Business of Entertainment. 

Professor Elberse is one of the youngest female professors to have been promoted to full professor with tenure in Harvard Business School’s history.

Albert Tate

Founding & Lead Pastor, Fellowship Church; Founder & CEO, The Greatest Story; Author

Albert Tate is the founding and lead pastor of Fellowship Church in Los Angeles County California. He is a dynamic communicator who has entertained global audiences through his speaking engagements and The Albert Tate Podcast and his weekday morning show, Good News Today.

Tate serves on the Board of Trustees at Azusa Pacific University, Global Leadership Network, and Global Church Planting Organization, Stadia. He is the Founder and CEO of The Greatest

Story, Inc, and President of Harambee Ministries. Tate is also the author of How We Love Matters: A Call to Practice Relentless Racial Reconciliation.

Craig Groeschel

Erwin McManus

Founder, McManus Masterminds and The Art of Communication

Erwin McManus is an award-winning author and artist. His books have sold over one million copies and have been translated into more than a dozen languages. His creative genius has resulted in consulting work with organizations spanning from the NFL to the Pentagon.

McManus has spent the last thirty years advising and coaching CEOs, professional athletes, celebrities, billion-dollar companies, universities, and world leaders, and is passionate about helping people destroy their internal limitations and unlock their personal genius. 

A native of El Salvador, McManus is also recognized internationally for being the founder and lead pastor of Mosaic, a spiritual movement that has inspired millions across the globe.
