Women in the Workplace with Nicole Moore

We hope you’ll join us at this month’s Women in the Workplace gathering as Nicole Moore will be speaking on the topic of kindness as part of our 2024-25 Women in the Workplace season’s focus on “Living Out Our Faith at Work”.

Nicole is an international speaker, advocate, artist, and entrepreneur from Columbia City, IN. After earning her degree from Purdue, she began her career as a toy designer, traveling globally and living in Shanghai to establish production programs. In 2004, she opened Art & Soul, an art gallery in Winona Lake, IN, focusing on watercolor painting. Nicole went on to co-found Creative Women of the World in 2011, a nonprofit dedicated to helping women create sustainable businesses in vulnerable communities.

She later became Director of Girl Empowerment for Fields of Dreams Uganda, creating programs to support young women’s education. Today, Nicole runs One Love Exchange, a nonprofit consulting firm, and a home-based bakery, The Sweet Exchange, in Warsaw, IN, where she lives with her husband and two children.
