Community Connection: Women In The Workplace

Women in the Workplace is a monthly gathering of women in Kosciusko County with the goal of providing opportunities to unite in community and grow in leadership while also finding balance in their lives.
Our History
Women In The Workplace began in February 2019 and was launched thanks to Gladys Deloe’s vision to bring local women together.
Jeri Purdy and Julie Kline had been praying about forming a ministry specifically for Christian women, so when Gladys brought the idea to them, they knew it was what they had been looking for.
Building Relationships
At the core of Women In The Workplace is a desire to enable women to build relationships with other Christian women in their local area while also being encouraged by speakers and roundtable discussions.
Monthly Gatherings
Women In The Workplace meet together once a month for a “lunch n’ learn” style gathering.
It’s easy to attend, as these meetups only last an hour and include lunch, speakers, panels, and other opportunities to network and support each other.
